Simple pricing for teams that take upskilling seriously.
Two tiers. Self-serve for smaller teams, enterprise for complex upskilling programs. No per-seat content cost — Tunlai is a path engine, not a content library. You bring the content sources your team already uses; we surface which skills need addressing and in what order.

Frequently asked questions
No. Tunlai reads workflow metadata — PR review comments, file paths, ticket assignments, incident involvement. Source code content is never transmitted to our servers. Read-only OAuth scopes enforce this at the API level.
Starter is month-to-month, cancel anytime. Enterprise contracts are typically annual with quarterly billing available. We don't do multi-year lock-ins at our current scale.
We'll notify you when you approach the 25-engineer limit and help you transition to an Enterprise plan. No automatic overages or surprise charges.
Integration setup takes under 30 minutes. Your first competency graph is ready within 24–48 hours after connecting your data sources. For Enterprise teams, dedicated onboarding is included and typically takes 1–2 weeks end-to-end.
Tunlai is a path engine, not a content library. We surface which skills to prioritize, in what order, and why — based on codebase signal and incident correlation. You connect the content sources your team already uses: Pluralsight, O'Reilly Learning, internal wikis, vendor-provided training. This is intentional design: your engineers already have content preferences, and replacing them creates adoption friction. Tunlai tells you where to aim what you already have.
Yes — Starter includes a 14-day free trial. Enterprise customers typically proceed with a paid pilot (1 team, 30 days) to validate the competency graph against their specific codebase before full rollout.
